Taipei Computer Association hosts hybrid AI workshop for enterprises

The Taipei Computer Association (TCA) held a three-day ‘Hybrid AI Workshop’ from August 29 to 31 to assist enterprises in navigating the complexities of artificial intelligence implementation. The event focused on the practical application of hybrid AI, teaching participants how to balance cloud-based and on-premise AI solutions.

Collaborating with the iOS Developer Community and Google Cloud, the workshop moved beyond theoretical lectures to prioritize hands-on practice. Participants engaged in instructor demonstrations, group discussions, and practical exercises to understand technical trade-offs regarding performance, cost, data privacy, and operational maintenance.

TCA representative Wu Yun-chieh emphasized that practical experimentation is essential for understanding the true capabilities and limitations of AI technology. The initiative aims to lower the barrier for businesses to adopt new technologies and accelerate industrial digital transformation.
