Taipei doujin events attract international cosplayers

Major doujin events in Taipei, Taiwan, have drawn international attention from cosplayers and photographers across Asia, including participants from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia.

Fancy Frontier 47, held at the Taipei Expo Park, saw significant participation despite rainy weather that occasionally disrupted outdoor photography sessions. The event featured diverse character portrayals from popular titles such as ‘Azur Lane’, ‘Nikke’, and ‘Honkai: Star Rail’.

Additionally, the Petit Fancy (Taiwan PF) event, a smaller-scale version of Fancy Frontier held twice a year, continues to serve as a diverse hub for cosplay culture, showcasing a wide range of genres from gaming characters to original creative designs.
