Taipei Performing Arts Center hosts 2026 Da Guan International Performing Arts Festival

The 2026 Da Guan International Performing Arts Festival commenced on October 31 at the Taipei Performing Arts Center. The opening performance, titled “Seeking Differences in Sameness: Cross-border Artistry 7.0,” utilized a multidisciplinary approach by integrating music, dance, and dramatic narrative with AI-driven visual technology.

The festival, organized by the College of Performing Arts at National Taiwan University of Arts, operates under the theme “Beyond the Theatre.” It aims to break traditional stage boundaries by featuring diverse domestic and international artists. The event is scheduled to run through December 26, 2026.
