Taisho Iwasaki and Tetsuko Kuroyanagi promote reading drama ‘Harold and Mode’

Taisho Iwasaki, a member of the group KEY TO LIT, and actress Tetsuko Kuroyanagi attended a rehearsal for the reading drama ‘Harold and Mode’ at EX THEATER ROPPONGI in Tokyo. The play depicts a relationship between a 79-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man.

Kuroyanagi praised Iwasaki, noting his singing ability and appearance. Iwasaki expressed his honor in taking on the role of Harold, a position previously held by various successful artists, and mentioned receiving encouraging advice from senior performer So Matsushima.

The production is scheduled to run from September 29 to October 8 in Tokyo and from October 15 to 18 in Osaka. Kuroyanagi, who is 93, expressed her ambition to continue performing the play until she reaches the age of 100.
