Taitung seaside hosts massive outdoor concerts for A-Mei's music series

The “Dong! Take Me Away” music series, produced by Mandopop star A-Mei, has drawn massive crowds to the coast of Taitung. The event, themed “Let’s Go Sing in Taitung,” has transformed the seaside into a massive outdoor KTV setting, attracting approximately 60,000 attendees during its initial performances.

The first day featured a diverse lineup including Luo Shifeng, Sam Lee, Lin Xiaopei, Huang Fei, and Power Station. Notable moments included a surprise collaboration between Power Station and BOXING vocalist Ge Xiwa, as well as large-scale sing-alongs to classic tracks like “Dang.”

The second day continued the momentum with performances by Shin, Ailee, and others. Shin engaged the crowd with comedic banter, jokingly referring to himself as a “godfather” and performing hits such as “Love You Even if I Die.” Ailee joined Shin for a performance of “Millennium Love,” contributing to the high-energy atmosphere of the multi-day musical event.
