Taiwan Coffee Festival wins Gold at Sydney Design Awards
The 2025 Taiwan Coffee Festival has won a Gold Award at the Sydney Design Awards. The recognition was granted for its curation and brand design that integrates industry, land, and culture.
The Yunlin County Government has utilized design to enhance agricultural value, helping local coffee brands reach an international stage. The county has worked to improve coffee quality and marketing through public-private partnerships, creating a “Central Taiwan Coffee Map” that connects estates in Yunlin with those in Taichung, Changhua, Nantou, and Chiayi.
The 2026 Taiwan Coffee Festival will be held under the theme “Coffee For World,” focusing on connecting Yunlin and Taiwan to the global market. The event will feature international coffee professionals from countries including Japan and Vietnam, alongside champion coffee tastings and themed markets. The festival is scheduled to take place at the Gukeng Green Tunnel on October 31–November 1 and November 7–8, 2026.
