Taiwan International Coffee Forum held in Yunlin

The 2026 Taiwan International Coffee Forum convened in Yunlin County to discuss the development of the coffee industry through production, processing, and marketing. Under the theme “Extreme Premium from Origin to Cup,” the event brought together domestic and international experts to explore quality improvement and international market cooperation.

Key discussions included friendly farming and processing techniques from Vietnam’s ThyThy Farm, standardization of specialty coffee production, and roasting technologies. Industry leaders also shared insights on building brand value and connecting with international distribution channels.

The forum serves as a precursor to the 2026 Taiwan Coffee Festival, which will feature 170 brands and include international exchanges with representatives from Indonesia, Japan, and Vietnam.
