Taiwan Matsuri in Fukuoka 2026 Autumn to host night market event

The ‘Taiwan Matsuri in Fukuoka 2026 Autumn’ is scheduled to take place from September 4 to September 23, 2026, at the Fukuoka City Hall West Side Fureai Plaza in Tenjin. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the event aims to bring the atmosphere of a Taiwanese night market to Japan, featuring a variety of authentic street foods such as large fried chicken cutlets (da ji pai), beef noodles, and Lu Rou Fan.

The festival will adopt a beer garden style, offering both Taiwanese and Japanese beers alongside various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition to food, visitors can explore the ‘Taiwan Matsuri STORE’ for imported goods, snacks, and tea, or experience Taiwanese-style relaxation services. The venue will be decorated with colorful lanterns to recreate the night market ambiance.
