Taiwan Power‑Electronics Leaders Scale AI Data‑Center Supplies

Delta Electronics announced a deepening partnership with Infineon Technologies to expand into silicon‑carbide (SiC) power components for next‑generation AI data‑center power architectures such as 800 V HVDC and solid‑state transformers. The collaboration builds on prior joint development of high‑power vertical power delivery modules, though Delta has not commented on the latest rumors due to a quiet period before its earnings briefing.

At the same time, SongChuan Precision reported that strong AI demand has driven its AI‑DC product line revenue up 80 % and increased its share of sales to 17 % of total revenue. The company posted record quarterly earnings and announced more than $4 billion in capital spending to add capacity in Mexico, Vietnam and other sites, aiming to meet the growing power‑module needs of AI data‑center servers, UPS and inverters.
