AMD lifts Radeon GPU and memory kit prices by roughly 10% starting July

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) will increase the supply price of its Radeon GPUs and the associated GDDR memory kits by about 10% from July. The company has informed its Add‑in‑Board (AIB) partners—including ASUS, Sapphire, XFX and others—of the change, which is driven by a sharp rise in GDDR memory costs and tighter supply amid growing AI‑related demand. While the adjustment applies to the component kits supplied to manufacturers, the higher cost is expected to be passed on to consumers, potentially raising retail prices for Radeon graphics cards. Industry observers note that similar price moves have already been seen from Nvidia, and the timing coincides with broader memory‑price pressures affecting the graphics‑card market.
