Taiwanese companies report strong August revenue growth

Several major Taiwanese companies reported significant revenue growth for August. Motech recorded a record monthly revenue of approximately 361 million TWD, representing a 35.68% year-on-year increase. The company attributed this growth to the expansion of AI infrastructure and the rising demand for high-end inspection equipment used in AI servers, GPUs, optical modules, and advanced packaging.

In the broader semiconductor and communications sectors, Nanya Technology saw a massive year-on-year revenue surge of 560.9%, reporting 4.469 billion TWD. Mingtai also showed strong performance with a 66.9% year-on-year increase and a 71.1% month-on-month increase, totaling 2.982 billion TWD in monthly revenue.
