Taiwanese tech firms target AI data center infrastructure growth

Taiwanese technology companies Delta Electronics and Supersol are expanding their involvement in the AI data center infrastructure market, focusing on power management, cooling, and system stability.

Delta Electronics recently showcased its capabilities at its 55th anniversary summit, highlighting its AI liquid cooling verification center and containerized data center solutions. The company offers liquid-to-liquid (LTL) and liquid-to-air (LTA) cooling technologies, as well as integrated power and management systems designed to meet the rising electricity and thermal demands of AI-driven industries.

Supersol has announced a new AI infrastructure solution that integrates four key technologies: memory, storage, thermal management, and power supply/monitoring. To address the high power consumption and density of AI servers, Supersol is partnering with global manufacturers like Samsung for high-speed memory and Schneider Electric for uninterruptible power systems and cooling solutions. The company aims to provide end-to-end services, from planning and testing to long-term maintenance, to help enterprises build scalable and stable AI data centers.
