Taiz Governor calls for mobilization to support military fronts

Nabil Shamsan, the Governor of Taiz, chaired an emergency committee meeting to discuss field developments and methods for strengthening support for military fronts. The meeting included provincial deputies, the Chief of Staff of the Taiz Axis, the Director General of Police, and various military and security leaders.

Governor Shamsan emphasized the necessity of supporting the armed forces in the national struggle to defeat Houthi militias and restore state institutions. He conveyed greetings from President Rashad al-Alimi and noted the political leadership's attention to the resilience of Taiz. The Governor called for unifying ranks and mobilizing all available resources, including personnel and equipment, to support the fronts.

During the session, Major General Abdulaziz al-Majidi, Chief of Staff of the Taiz Axis, reviewed the military situation across various fronts, including Taiz, Al-Jawf, Marib, and Al-Bayda. Additionally, Brigadier General Mansour al-Akhal, Director General of Police, provided updates on security conditions and stability indicators.
