Tajon Buchanan faces injury doubt following international duty

Villarreal CF winger Tajon Buchanan is facing fitness concerns following his participation in the international break with the Canada national team. The Canadian attacker suffered a hamstring injury during a friendly match against Peru.

Buchanan has left the Canadian camp to return to Spain for further medical evaluations to determine the severity of the muscle issue. While his availability for upcoming club fixtures remains uncertain, the club is monitoring his progress closely.

Other Villarreal players are also managing their returns from international duty, including Ilias Akhomach, who returned to training following minor discomfort during Morocco's matches. Additionally, Santi Comesaña has rejoined group training after recovering from an ankle injury.
