Takara Leben completes fourth Bangkok condominium with Assetwise

Takara Leben and Takara Leben Thailand, subsidiaries of MIRARTH Holdings, have completed the Modiz Vault Kaset Sripatum condominium in Bangkok. Developed in partnership with Thai real estate firm Assetwise Public Company Limited, this project marks the fourth joint condominium development between the two companies.

Located in the Chatuchak district, the development is situated approximately 550 meters from the BTS Bang Bua station and adjacent to Kasetsart University. The complex consists of two buildings: a 21-story tower (Building A) and a 7-story tower (Building B), totaling 798 units, including 11 commercial spaces. The residential units include both standard simplex types and vertical suites with high ceilings and lofts.

Amenities provided at the site include swimming pools, a fitness gym, a theater room, an aroma massage room, and a barbecue area. Building B is pet-friendly and features dedicated playrooms for dogs and cats. The partnership aims to continue residential development in Thailand by leveraging the shared visions of both companies.
