Takarazuka Revue costume exhibition opens at Hankyu 17ban-gai

The Hankyu 17ban-gai commercial facility in Umeda, Osaka, is hosting the ‘Heart-Dancing Takarazuka Revue Costume Exhibition’ from August 20, 2026, to March 16, 2027. This exhibition allows visitors to view the intricate details and design of stage costumes from the Takarazuka Revue up close.

The exhibition is divided into two phases. The first phase, running from August 20 to November 17, 2026, focuses on ‘costumes themed around plays.’ The second phase, from November 19, 2026, to March 16, 2027, will feature ‘costumes themed around reviews.’

In addition to the costume displays, special decorations inspired by Takarazuka Revue scenes will be installed on the spiral staircase connecting the fifth and sixth floors of the facility. Admission to the exhibition is free.
