Takashimaya Osaka launches Nankai, Peach and Ponta summer festival

From August 11 to August 17 2026, Takashimaya’s Osaka flagship store will host the “Nankai & Peach & Ponta Summer Festival” on its seventh floor. The event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (with a 6:30 p.m. ticket cutoff) each day, featuring paid activities such as a paint‑your‑own key‑holder, can‑badge creation, a Nankai train‑driving simulator, a landing‑challenge game, and a stamp‑rally. Visitors can also view displays of railway parts, original photo‑spots, and a stage program with dance performances and quizzes.

Special promotions include a free “Rapi‑t work‑kit” for Takashimaya credit‑card members who spend at least ¥3,000 on Nankai, Peach or Ponta merchandise, as well as on‑site sales of collaborative goods from Nankai, Peach and Ponta. The festival aims to attract families and railway‑enthusiasts during Japan’s summer holiday period.
