Animax to broadcast Love Live! Series content for six months

Animax Broadcast Japan has announced a six-month continuous broadcasting event for the ‘Love Live! Series’ starting in September 2026. The lineup will feature live concert footage and films, beginning with the first television broadcast of the special unit AiScReam’s solo live performance, ‘AiScReam presents TOPPING LIVE’. Subsequent broadcasts are scheduled to include the Love Live! Series Asia Tour 2024 Yokohama performance, Aqours live footage, and μ’s Final LoveLive!.

In manga and webtoon news, several new releases and series launches are scheduled for August 2026. Shueisha’s Jump GIGA 2026 SUMMER, releasing August 17, features a new one-shot for the series ‘To LOVE-ru’ by Kentaro Yabuki and Saki Hasumi. Additionally, the digital service Piccoma has launched an exclusive serialization of ‘INKED’ by T. Jun, marking the author’s transition from webtoons to traditional manga format.

Takeshobo is also releasing new manga volumes on August 17, including the first volume of ‘30 made Hitori dattara Issho ni Kurasou tte Itta yo ne?’ by Kuzushiro and ‘Saihate no Tou, Iyahate no Shoujo-tachi’ by Sukima.
