Takeshobo to host Akagi 28th Anniversary POP UP STOREs

Takeshobo has announced the ‘Akagi 28th Anniversary Fukumoto World POP UP STORE’ to commemorate the character Shigeru Akagi from the manga series ‘Akagi’ and ‘Ten’ by Nobuyuki Fukumoto.

The events will be held in two locations in Japan. The first session will take place at Kinshicho Marui in Tokyo from September 19 to October 4, 2026. The second session will be held at Namba Marui in Osaka from October 17 to October 25, 2026.

Featured merchandise includes limited-edition items such as reproduction prints signed by Nobuyuki Fukumoto, complete manga sets with signed first volumes, and themed goods like whiskey glasses, character acrylic stands, and apparel. Special commemorative sets, including craft beer and glassware, will also be available.
