Takina Kiyoka scores spectacular goal against Barcelona in pre-season

Takina Kiyoka, a midfielder for Brighton & Hove Albion WFC, scored a notable goal during a pre-season match against FC Barcelona Femení on August 21.

After Brighton fell behind in the 6th minute, Kiyoka equalized in the 12th minute. Following a pass from Jelena Čanković, Kiyoka dribbled into the penalty area and struck a powerful right-footed shot into the near corner from a difficult angle.

Despite the equalizer, Brighton ultimately lost the match to the reigning UEFA Women's Champions League winners with a final score of 1-3. Other Japanese players, including Moeka Nanai, appeared in the match, while Fuka Tsunoda was not included in the squad.
