Takopi’s Original Sin movie trailer and theme song revealed

Takopi’s Original Sin Tele anime film Taizan 5 Japanese animation

The compilation film ‘Takopi’s Original Sin: Thank You, See You Tomorrow’ is set to release in Japanese theaters on November 27. The movie re-edits the original six-episode streaming anime series and includes new, previously unseen scenes.

Artist Tele will perform the film’s theme song, titled ‘Rabyū’ (Love You). This marks a second collaboration with the franchise, following the artist's work on the series' ending theme, ‘Glass no Sen’. Director Shinya Iino noted that the theatrical format will offer an enhanced experience through large-scale visuals and sound.

Based on the manga by Taizan 5, the story follows a small alien named Takopi who arrives on Earth to spread happiness, only to encounter the harsh realities faced by a young girl named Shizuka.
