Taktile appoints James Broadhead as Chief Technology Officer

Taktile, an artificial intelligence company focused on financial institutions, has appointed James Broadhead as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Broadhead, based in Dublin, Ireland, brings nearly 15 years of engineering and software development experience, having previously held roles at Databricks, X (formerly Twitter), Neon, and MongoDB.

As part of this executive restructuring, Maximilian Eber, Taktile co-founder and former Chief Product and Technology Officer, will transition to the role of President to focus on strategic direction. Additionally, Thomas Piani has been promoted to Chief Product Officer.

The leadership changes aim to support Taktile’s global expansion and its research and development efforts in providing AI-driven decision-making solutions for the banking and insurance sectors.
