Talas expands student housing with new dormitory projects

Investments in student housing are progressing in the Talas district of Kayseri to meet the accommodation needs of students. Local officials and representatives from the Ministry of Youth and Sports recently inspected ongoing projects to evaluate their status.

A completed dormitory with a capacity of 3,000 people is nearing its final stages, with plans to open for the 2026-2027 academic year. Additionally, construction has begun on a new project designed to house 4,000 students. These developments aim to increase total capacity while providing modern, safe, and comfortable living environments for the student population in the district.
