Talas hosts large-scale antique fair with 100,000 artifacts

The Talas Municipality has opened a major antique fair at the Türk Dünyası Millet Bahçesi, featuring approximately 100,000 historical artifacts. The event has drawn over 80 collectors and enthusiasts from 24 different provinces to the Kayseri region.

The exhibition includes a wide variety of items, ranging from furniture and household utensils to watches and prayer beads. In addition to the display, the fair includes auctions where various antique pieces are sold to new owners.

Talas Mayor Mustafa Yalçın, a collector himself, attended the opening and emphasized the importance of social and cultural events for the district. He noted that the fair serves as a significant service to the community by bringing together diverse collectors and preserving historical memories through physical objects.
