Educational programs launch in Kayseri and Bursa

New educational initiatives have commenced in Turkey to support the intellectual and cultural development of young people. In Kayseri, the Talas Marifet Mektebi has begun a new term under the auspices of the Kayseri Governorship. Organized by Talas Municipality in collaboration with Erciyes University and the District National Education Directorate, the program offers students opportunities to study literature, thought, writing, and art. Activities will take place at the 7/24 Library and Culture Center and the historic Feyzioğlu Mansion.

In Bursa, the Bursa Düşünce Okulu has opened for its second term through a partnership between Yıldırım Municipality and Bursa Uludağ University. The 20-week program, which includes 50 selected students, features lectures from prominent academics and intellectuals. The curriculum is divided into three main themes: ‘Thought-Knowledge-Science’, ‘Civilization-Culture-History’, and ‘Art-Literature-Morality’. Participants will receive certificates upon completion of the program on May 8.
