Talavera de la Reina approves 38 new public jobs for 2026
The Local Government Board of Talavera de la Reina has approved its 2026 Public Employment Offer, which includes 38 new positions. The plan consists of 30 civil servant roles and 8 labor staff positions aimed at strengthening municipal human resources.
Specific roles announced include an archivist, two architects, a lawyer, three general administration technicians, an urban landscape technician, a surveyor, and an industrial technical engineer.
In addition to employment, the board approved 470,000 euros for social emergency aid for individuals at risk of social exclusion during the 2026-2027 period. The government also awarded contracts to Telecom Castilla-La Mancha, S.A. for the acquisition and maintenance of the Local Police TETRA digital emergency communications system, totaling over 258,000 euros.
Furthermore, a technical assistance contract for the management and execution of the Integral Action Plan (PAI), funded by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER), was awarded to a joint venture between Grupo Considera, S.L. and Servicios Integrales de Contratación e Intermediación Dominus, S.L.
