Talavera de la Reina to host immersive Halloween legend experience

Talavera de la Reina is preparing for Halloween 2026 with an immersive theatrical experience titled ‘La Dama del Tajo’. Scheduled for October 30 and 31, the event will take place at Parque El Vivero near the Roman Bridge.

The activity, organized by the Department of Festivities, the Puente Romano Neighborhood Association, and Real Horror Games, aims to bring a local legend to life. The story follows Carmen, a beautiful seamstress from a past era who was allegedly accused of witchcraft, executed, and thrown into the Tagus River.

The event will utilize darkness, specialized characters, and atmospheric effects to create a suspenseful adventure suitable for both children and adults.
