Talento Joven program expands youth employment and training opportunities

The Talento Joven program, an initiative by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, continues to support youth employability, training, and entrepreneurship across Spain. Cofinanced by the European Social Fund Plus and framed within the European Youth Guarantee, the program has assisted over 250,000 individuals aged 16 to 29 over the last decade through personalized professional itineraries.

In Chiva, the local City Council is launching a new edition of the program offering 20 training and employment positions. The available spots are divided into two specialties: 10 positions in masonry (including continuous coating auxiliary operations and masonry factories) and 10 positions in gardening (including nursery, garden, and green zone maintenance).

To participate, applicants must be between 16 and 30 years old, unemployed, registered with LABORA, and active beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. Interested parties must apply through the PUNT LABORA platform once the registration period opens.
