Talleres de Córdoba responds to request for Extraordinary Assembly
The Board of Directors of Talleres de Córdoba has responded to a formal request from fifteen members of the Assembly of Representatives to convene an Extraordinary Assembly. The group of assembly members, representing various political factions within the club, seeks to establish internal regulations to govern the Assembly of Representatives, which is considered the institution's highest authority.
The proposed regulations aim to grant the Assembly greater autonomy and participation by organizing periodic meetings, structured debates, and the creation of a Coordinating Board and various working commissions. Román Huespe, a member of the Talleres Somos Todos group, stated that the initiative is a request to regulate the assembly rather than a formal grievance, noting that the body currently lacks its own specific regulations.
In an official statement, the Board, led by Andrés Fassi, noted that the current request does not meet the specific requirements for an Extraordinary Assembly as established by the club's Social Statute and validated by the Inspection of Legal Entities (IPJ). However, the Board has scheduled a technical working meeting for next Wednesday at 6:00 PM at the La Boutique Stadium. This meeting will include professionals and technical representatives linked to the signing members to discuss the initiatives and evaluate potential institutional improvements.
