Ítalo Bringas appointed president of Santa Cruz disciplinary tribunal

Ítalo Bringas has been appointed as the new president of the Honorable Tribunal Disciplinario de la Administración Pública in Santa Cruz, Argentina. The appointment, made via Resolution N° 09/26, follows the unanimous vote of the tribunal's members to succeed the late Juan Segundo Gallardo.

Estefanía Gómez has been designated as vice president. This reorganization aims to regularize the institution's leadership and ensure the continuity of administrative functions, including the validity of resolutions and official signatures.

Bringas emphasized the constitutional importance of the tribunal, noting that Santa Cruz is the only province in Argentina with a specific constitutional article establishing a body to analyze summaries and sanctions for public employees. He also highlighted the support received from Governor Claudio Vidal's administration to strengthen the institution's role in overseeing stable employees within the central administration, decentralized entities, and municipalities.
