Talos appoints Kelly Ye as Head of Research

Talos, a provider of institutional technology and data for digital asset trading and portfolio management, has hired Kelly Ye as its new Head of Research. Based in New York, Ye will lead initiatives to transform data into actionable insights for institutional clients, focusing on market structure, liquidity, and developments in onchain finance.

Ye brings nearly twenty years of experience across traditional finance and digital assets. Her previous roles include leadership positions at Fidelity Digital Asset Management and CoinDesk Indices, as well as investment leadership roles at Avenir Group and Decentral Park Capital. Most recently, she worked on Coinbridge, a company focused on tokenized real-world assets.

Talos CEO and Co-Founder Anton Katz noted that the appointment follows the firm's acquisition of Coin Metrics, making data a central component of the Talos platform.
