Talvion to build healthcare complex in Gandía
Talvion, a real estate project developer, has approved the construction of a new 7,405-square-meter sociosanitary complex in Gandía, Valencia. Following the acquisition of urban and environmental licenses, the project is entering its execution phase to provide 160 new private healthcare places.
The facility will be the first private complex in the province of Valencia to integrate elderly care and mental health services under one roof, though with independent access and dynamics. It will include a residential facility for 120 seniors and a specialized mental health area with 40 places. Located adjacent to the Hospital Comarcal de Gandía, the site aims to strengthen the local health services node.
Designed by architect Inmaculada Bordera, the L-shaped building will feature 146 rooms (132 single and 14 double) organized into autonomous living units. The complex will also include over 135 square meters for rehabilitation and a gym, alongside services such as podiatry and hairdressing. Talvion will manage the project, with Novaedat handling operational care, while Globalklee and Grupo Cleop are responsible for construction. The project will adhere to ESG standards and feature an EPC A energy rating.
