TAM Party Secretary Yüksekbaş criticizes UBP candidate selection process

Bünyamin Yüksekbaş, General Secretary of the Social Justice and Struggle Party (TAM Party), has called for a new political approach focused on merit and productivity rather than the re-nomination of old political cadres.

Addressing the candidate selection process within the National Unity Party (UBP), Yüksekbaş noted allegations of injustice and suspicion regarding candidate rankings. He stated that the primary issue is a crisis of confidence within the UBP, questioning how current economic and social problems can be resolved by the same established political figures.

Yüksekbaş emphasized the need for transparency, accountability, and trust in election processes, specifically calling for clarity regarding vote counting, supervision by the Supreme Election Council, and the software used during the UBP convention.
