Tamara Águila and Mari La Carajita release new studio albums
Singer-songwriter Tamara Águila has released her sixth studio album, titled ‘Naves’. The project explores themes of roots, memory, and territorial recomposition, inspired by her move to the Maule Region in Chile. The album features a blend of folk roots, produced with Alonso Núñez, and experimental sounds guided by producer Camilo Eque.
In another release, Venezuelan singer Mari La Carajita has debuted her first studio album, ‘Ya se fue Nana?’, via AP Global Music. The ten-track Latin pop album explores identity and family connections, drawing inspiration from childhood memories and the cultural significance of family figures in Latin America. The release includes the focus track ‘Cualquier cosa me llamas’, a salsa song dedicated to family and memory.
