Tamara Radoman seeks 2 million dinars in lawsuit against Asmin Durdžić

Tamara Radoman appeared before the First Basic Court in Belgrade for a hearing regarding a lawsuit against Asmin Durdžić. Durdžić failed to appear for the scheduled court session, despite being notified of both the initial and current proceedings.

Radoman stated that the legal action follows insults and lies directed at her reputation and profession during televised broadcasts. She noted that while Durdžić had previously offered an apology through a mutual acquaintance, she refuses to withdraw the case due to the impact of his statements on her public image.

A fine of two million is being sought in the proceedings. Radoman indicated that the judge possesses sufficient evidence and suggested that the outcome would be clear once the verdict is reached, noting that Durdžić remains in Serbia awaiting the decision.
