Tamara Villa and Andreina Olivari debut satirical play “Jamás visto”
The satirical comedy “Jamás visto”, written by playwright Tamara Villa and co-directed by Andreina Olivari of the Bonobo company, explores themes of democracy and social behavior. Set in a working-class school managed by an educational foundation, the play depicts a scenario where students use democratic voting tools to elect a fascist student center.
Following internal reports of hate speech, an investigator arrives at the school to uncover a community capable of justifying atrocities in the name of participation and consensus. The production serves as a critique of contemporary political dynamics and the ease with which human groups can normalize extreme ideologies through institutional processes.
