Tamaulipas launches census to improve disability inclusion in state workforce
The Government of Tamaulipas has launched a census across its state agencies to identify employees with disabilities. Preliminary estimates suggest approximately 600 public servants belong to this sector.
Bryhan Eleazar Arellano Rodríguez, executive secretary of SIPRODDIS, stated that the census aims to determine the specific roles, work conditions, and needs of these employees. The goal is to create an updated diagnostic to identify professional development obstacles and strengthen labor inclusion policies within the state administration.
