Tamaulipas launches program to deliver 30,000 property deeds
The Tamaulipas government, through the Institute of Land and Housing of Tamaulipas (ITAVU), has launched a coordinated strategy to accelerate the delivery of 30,000 property deeds across the state. The program, titled “Escrituración Masiva y Regularización,” aims to provide legal security to thousands of families by streamlining administrative processes.
As part of the initial phase, the plan targets 15,000 documents within the conurbated area of Altamira, Ciudad Madero, and González. To facilitate this, local authorities are conducting censuses and surveys to identify cases requiring immediate attention. The initiative involves collaboration between ITAVU, municipal presidents, and the State Registry and Cadastre Institute to establish a defined timeline and clear procedural routes.
