Tamaulipas Police Tactical Medicine Graduates Receive Certificates

On August 1, 2026, in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, 34 members of the state police completed the Police Tactical Medicine training program run by the Secretaría de Seguridad Pública de Tamaulipas (SSPT). The cohort, the 22nd graduating class, includes 31 members of the Guardia Estatal, plus a technical guide, a state traffic officer and a custodian.

The graduation ceremony was led by subsecretary of Execution of Sanctions and Social Reintegration Lorenzo Raúl Ruiz Vázquez, who said, “Today we recognize the effort, discipline and commitment of those who decided to prepare to respond with greater efficacy, professionalism and humanity.” Graduates, represented by Police “A” Yeimi Estefanía, stressed that the training will improve protection for citizens and fellow officers, highlighting values of solidarity, teamwork and respect for life.
