Under the administration of Governor Américo Villarreal Anaya, the STPS is implementing a preventive labor policy. Secretary Luis Gerardo Illoldi Reyes is leading strategies that prioritize orientation and accompaniment to ensure workplaces operate within current legal frameworks. The guidance process involves the Directorate of Inspection and Social Welfare, the Directorate of Determination, and the Directorate of Sanctions, which is responsible for applying administrative procedures when violations are identified.
