Tamil Nadu and Karnataka Release 2026 Engineering Admission Seat Allotment Results

The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) in Tamil Nadu published the TNEA Round 1 tentative seat allotment on 24 July 2026. Candidates ranked 1 to 37,976 who completed choice filling between 20‑22 July can log in to tneaonline.org to view their provisional college and branch. They must confirm the allotment by 25 July or it will be cancelled; the final provisional seat allotment is scheduled for 26 July.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) released the DCET 2026 Round 1 mock seat allotment after 6:00 PM on the same day. The mock result gives lateral‑entry engineering applicants a preview of likely seats based on rank, category and chosen options. Candidates can check the result on cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. An option‑modification window runs from 24 July 6:00 PM to 27 July 11:00 AM, after which the final seat allotment is expected on 27 July.
