Tamil Nadu institutions announce 2026 faculty recruitment drives

The Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN) has issued a notification for five Teaching Assistant/Guest Faculty positions. Applicants must hold a Master's degree with at least 55% marks, preferably a NET or Ph.D., and relevant teaching or industry experience. Applications are to be submitted by 27 July 2026, followed by a walk‑in interview on 28 July 2026. The remuneration is set at Rs 500 per teaching hour, capped at Rs 25,000 per month.

St. Lourdes Engineering College in Chennai has opened Assistant Professor vacancies for its Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, and Cyber Security departments. Candidates must meet AICTE norms and possess subject‑specific expertise. Applications are accepted via email until 30 July 2026. Selected faculty will be expected to deliver lectures, supervise projects, and contribute to departmental research and academic activities.
