Tamil Nadu politics: Disputes erupt over Rahul Gandhi meeting and DMK-Congress rift

Simultaneously, a verbal conflict has emerged between the DMK and Congress leader Manickam Tagore. Tagore criticized the DMK for failing to recognize electoral losses and accused the party of spreading misinformation. In response, the DMK issued a sharp rebuttal via its official social media platform, targeting Tagore's comments.
