Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeat Dallas Cowboys to secure first win

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers secured their first victory of the season with a 24-16 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Led by rookie Jalon Daniels in the absence of Baker Mayfield, the Buccaneers' offense found significant momentum through running back Bucky Irving. Irving recorded 165 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries, contributing to a season total of 406 rushing yards through the early stages of the campaign.

The Dallas Cowboys struggled on both sides of the ball, hampered by defensive lapses and offensive inconsistencies. Key issues for Dallas included two interceptions by Dak Prescott and an injury to receiver CeeDee Lamb.

In other NFL action, the Jacksonville Jaguars defeated the Philadelphia Eagles in a closely contested matchup. Despite a late surge by the Eagles to take a 17-16 lead with eight seconds remaining, a 53-yard punt return by Ameer Abdullah set up Cam Little for a game-winning field goal.
