Tamworth Show reintroduces men-only baking competition

A men-only baking competition has been reintroduced to the Tamworth Show. The initiative was spearheaded by Tim Wilson, a local farmer, machinery dealer, and baker who serves on the management board for the Tamworth Pastoral & Agricultural Association.

Participants will compete using a specific recipe for Donna Latter's chocolate cake, a traditional CWA competition cake. Pavilion director Di Trasler approved the addition to the event schedule. To encourage local participation, organizers are distributing flyers that include both the recipe and the entry form.
