Tan Bien - Kampong Thom Rubber reports 331.5 billion VND annual profit

Tan Bien - Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company reported strong financial results for 2025, driven significantly by its rubber plantation projects in Cambodia. The company recorded revenue of over 1,029 billion VND and a profit after tax of 331.5 billion VND, representing increases of 8.5% and 16.1% respectively compared to the previous year.

The company operates two major rubber projects in Cambodia covering a total area of 12,957.91 hectares. Net profit from business activities reached 377.4 billion VND, a 15.5% increase. The net profit margin also saw an improvement, rising from approximately 30.1% to 32.2%.

In terms of ownership, Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company holds a 58.97% controlling stake, while the Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG) directly owns 41%. Revenue from related parties, including Tan Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Rubber Group, accounted for 40.3% of total net revenue.
