Tan Loi Commune approves 1.9 billion VND culvert construction contract

The Economic Department of Tan Loi Commune in Dong Nai has approved the direct appointment of Do An Tri Construction Investment Consulting Trading Co., Ltd. for a construction package valued at 1.924 billion VND.

The project involves repairing, reinforcing, and dredging the upper and lower reaches of the Bau Le drainage culvert in Bau Le Hamlet. This initiative aims to address severe degradation of the existing culvert, which has caused local flooding, road damage, and increased accident risks during the rainy season. The total investment for the project is 2.2 billion VND, funded by the Agriculture and Environment Fund (Disaster Prevention and Control Fund) of Dong Nai.

Following contract negotiations, the final contract value was set at 1.908 billion VND, resulting in a savings of approximately 16 million VND, or 0.83% of the original package price. The construction is scheduled to be completed within 120 days.
