Tan Tru, Tay Ninh approves 5 billion‑dong sidewalk project for local schools

The Tan Tru commune in Tay Ninh province approved a 5 billion‑dong sidewalk construction project serving Huynh Van Dinh Primary School and Nguyen Van Chieu Secondary School. The tender was opened online on 1 August 2026, with two contractors—Ngân Phát Vinh Ltd. and Thái Thịnh Ltd.—submitting bids. Ngân Phát Vinh offered a price 0.22 % below the estimated package cost, while Thái Thịnh submitted a reduced bid 15.37 % lower after a discount.
