Influencer Tana Mongeau has sparked significant online controversy following an Instagram video in which she impersonates Erika Kirk, the widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

In the video, the 28-year-old Mongeau recreated a specific look from an April 2026 video titled ‘A Message From Erika Kirk’. Mongeau wore a black button-up shirt, a black baseball cap, and mimicked Kirk’s intense facial expressions and delivery while sitting behind a studio microphone. The parody also included Mongeau holding a tissue to her face to mimic wiping away tears.

The impersonation has divided social media users. While some viewers found the parody humorous, many others criticized Mongeau for mocking a grieving widow.
