Tanah Abang Wedding Festival 2026 hosts free mass wedding for 30 couples

The Tanah Abang Wedding Festival 2026 concluded on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Masjid Fatahillah in the Tanah Abang Building Block B. Out of hundreds of applicants, 30 couples were selected to participate in the free mass wedding ceremony.

Under the theme “Nikah Mulia, Akad Berkah, Generasi Terarah,” the program provides comprehensive support for couples, including pre-marital and post-marital guidance, wedding costs, a 1-gram gold dowry, religious equipment, wedding attire, makeup services, reception arrangements, and professional documentation.

The event was attended by various officials, including the Chairperson of the Ministry of Social Affairs' Dharma Wanita Persatuan, the Mayor of Central Jakarta, and representatives from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). A video message of congratulations and prayers was also delivered by the Minister of Religious Affairs, KH Nasaruddin Umar.
